Total Care Rehab would like send out a special thank you to the Landsharks for their participation at there event this past Saturday evening. They thank the guys who attended: GM Joe Ramirez, Mike Martinez, Charlie Gonzalez, Joe Villareal,Frank Fuentes, Roque Zamora & Lin Fuentes.

The Rio Grande Valley Allstars shut out the Corpus Christi Allstars last night with a final score of 30-0.
Landshark WR: Bryan Gonzalez & WR: Sedric Dallas both scored a Touchdown, Bryan with a 60 yrd. reception for the games first score. Sedric scored on a 30 yrd. reception.
Brownsville Outlaws QB#10 Rudy Chapa was named MVP of the game.
Chapa threw 2 TD’s & rushed for 2 TD’s, first on a 10 yrd. scramble & 2nd in the 4th QT. on a 10 yrd. run.
Scoring the 2 point conversions was Martin Delgado (Nightmare) who had 2 good seperate rushes for conversions & Sundae Robinson (Outlaws) who caught a reception for the easy walk into the endzone to complete the conversion.
The defense made multiple stops & pressure, causing 4 fumbles & forced 4 interceptions.

After the cancellation of the South vs. South: Southern Conference Allstar game, due to travel/cost/team-player attendance problems occured, Brownsville Outlaws GM put together an alternate Allstar game method which would involve a inner battle between the teams of the Southern Division.
Teams representing the C.C. will be:
South Tx. Bulldogs, Kingsville Vikings, South Tx. Lions.
Teams representing the R.G.V. will be:
Edinburg Landsharks, Gulf Coast Nightmare, Brownsville Outlaws.
All players must be there by 5:00pm.

Driving towards Harlingen exit on Frontage road/ “F” road and you will come to Victor Park. Turn Right, and you will see the baseball field and the swimming pool will be on the left. The Soccer/Football fields will be located behind the pool.
On Saturday, July 25th from 6pm-9pm we are going to need some volunteers to come to a carnival/festival that Total Care Rehab will be hosting.
If your available on that date please make an effort to come out. The Total Care Rehab center is a potential sponsor & Landsharks name will be posted on the event flyers, so we’ll need as many players to help show up & attend this event.
Make sure to wear your landshark jerseys or team shirts.
There will be free food, rides, prizes and other entertainment, if you have kids make sure to bring them with you.

The Sharks have teamed up & joined the Ronald Mcdonald House Charities group.
Shark players will be volunteering there time to help assist the families & children throughout the Hospital. There currently is a hand full of players lending a helping hand & will soon have more teammates joining.
The Mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Edinburg/Rio Grande Valley is to provide comfort, safety and advocacy in a home-like environment for families of critically ill or injured children who must travel to fulfill their healthcare needs
