February 24, 2008 – At the 2008 season opener, the Edinburg Landsharks hosted the Laredo Stars at Cats Stadium where the Landsharks trampled the Stars with a final score of 90-0. The Landsharks will go on to play the Los Fresnos Firebirds next week.
